  1. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at the checkout. We run discount and promotions all over the year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
  1. How long does it take to receive my order?

We ship directly from the warehouse within 6 hours after ordering. So usually orders will arrive within 5-12 days.  This is mainly due to high demand while trying to maintain low prices.

  1. What shipping carrier do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

  1. I have problems with my order, what should I do?

Our support staff will help you as quickly as possible to solve your problem. Please send us an email to support@smartdzone.com . Please give your name, address and your browser with which you wanted to order from us, so that we can help you as soon as possible.

  1. How can I cancel my order?

Help us to improve! We very much regret your intention to cancel! We would be happy to find out the reason for your order cancellation. Write us a short email to support@smartdzone.com and we will explain how to cancel your cancellation without any problems.

  1. Received a faulty item?

We’re sorry to hear you have received a faulty item. Please send us the following info via the contact page:

  • Your order number
  • Item Name
  • Photos that show: The fault as clearly as possible

Don't worry about sending your faulty item back to us, just keep hold of it until you've been in touch. 

  1. I still haven’t received my refund

You're still waiting on your refund, right? We know this can be annoying! Depending on the courier & country you're returning your item(s) with, it can sometimes take UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team.

If your return is marked as delivered, sit tight, our returns team will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund. But if you need to get in touch with Customer Support about your return, please include in your message:

  • Proof of postage (like a receipt)
  • The tracking number
  • Your order number

We'll then get back to you as soon as we can!
